Improving health and wellbeing can mean different things to different people and there is no one size fits all approach.

Many people don’t know where to start or how to identify ways to improve their health and wellbeing.

The support studio model was designed to solve this problem by helping individuals to think holistically about their wellbeing and discover areas of their lives they would like to improve.

The Support Studio model incorporateses 12 life domains that play an essential role in health and wellbeing.

1. Assessment

Together, we will help you identify which of these life domains are impacting on your health and wellbeing and apply practical solutions to help you address these areas. This usually involves making some changes to your environment and the way you interact with it.

2. Interventions

This might involve finding a more satisfying job or improving your relationships. Maybe you’re experiencing financial stress, conflict with your family, or an issue such as addiction or a gambling problem. Maybe you just need someone to talk to about everyday challenges. Someone to provide support and to help you overcome the issues that are impacting your health and wellbeing.

3. Outcomes

You can even track your progress along the way to see real-time results and outcomes. This also helps us to know what works and to ensure that what we’re doing is effective. This is the support studio model. A more flexible and practical approach to overcoming the inevitable challenges life throws at us.
